I am a doula or a Midwife, will this course be relevant for me?
Yes, many doulas and midwives enjoy my work. As I have studied for my Masters in Transpersonal Psychology, we delve into some psycho-spiritual aspects of birth that are not covered in trainings for doulas and midwives.
I have already hired a doula and a midwife. Will I gain anything from this course?
I work with many women who have doulas and midwives. What is offered on the course is different from what is offered by doulas and midwives.
I am planning a Free Birth, will this course support me?
Yes certainly, I have worked with many women who planned and experienced a free birth, and feeling deeply connected to their inner power, inner resources, body, and baby really supported this process.
I am planning to birth in hospital. Will this course support me?
Yes certainly, I have worked with many women who have experienced an ecstatic and empowering birth in hospital.
I am planning a home birth, will this course support me?
Yes I have worked with many women who plan and experience a beautiful home birth.
What time are the calls and will there be replays?
I will organise the calls once people have signed up and I have worked out what time zone everyone is in, planning accordingly.
I am concerned I won’t have enough time to do the course.
During the course you became more embodied, more aligned, more present in all areas of life. You will begin saying no to things that are not in full alignment and spending more time on an inward journey and it will feel like you have gained time and have more time freedom.
I am due in a few weeks and the course is 8 weeks long.
If you are really called to work with me but the timing for the group program doesn’t align with your guess date I have a limited number of one to one spots tailored to your unique needs available on a first come basis. I am not sure if I can afford it?
I get it, during these times you are feeling to save money for your baby and all the stuff you might need and for extra security. I have offered long term payment plans to support with this. There are lots of ways to save money in the first year such as buying 2nd hand prams etc and putting calls out to local community for things. Your child will not remember any of the things you buy but they will remember their birth!
What happens if I’ve paid for the course and my baby comes early before I’ve completed it?
Birth is unpredictable and working with birth, I know I need to be flexible so - You could contact me and we would tailor something to this unique situation. There could either be a refund of weeks you haven’t completed or you could have my support post-partum or access to my new mother course. You also get life time access so could enjoy the course again if you did have another child. Whatever happens we would work it out together.
I have completed a hypnobirthing course, will there be more for me to explore?
There is one hypnobirthing module included in this course. That said this course goes a lot deeper than hypnobirthing and there will for sure be many more areas to explore.
Do I need to sign up for a hypnobirthing course too?
There is one module that includes hypnobirthing, so it is totally up to you. This, this course includes hypnobirthing and can also work well alongside a hypnobirthing course.
I’ve previously experienced a traumatic birth.
Yes the course will support you to find healing, acceptance and to reclaim your power.
I’m planning a VBAC.

Birth pulled me along its unpredictable path, refusing to let go of my hand. Surrendering was my only option.
Within this surrender I finally took back my power, and from the help of supporting guides and ancestors I met and transformed my fears.
After sifting through old encoded beliefs about birth, I dropped into my body and journeyed deep into myself to birth my son.

My birth experience was so deeply transformative, that whilst I was studying for my Masters I was guided & inspired to complete my dissertation on birth. The title being: ‘The Meaning and Significance of Shamanism, Rituals & Rites of Passage During Childbirth.’
The results of the research, demonstrated that birth can be joyful, radiant & ecstatic. It is beneficial for women to access their inner power, beyond rational thought & ego, so they find an intuitive knowing from within, like a sacred opening. Honouring these experiences in birth enables women to trust their bodies' innate wisdom.
My study showed that Altered States of Consciousness (ASCs) are a central feature of the birth process. Through relinquishing control of the mind & ego, surrendering to the body & enabling an altered state of consciousness, a woman is more likely to experience an embodied, spiritual & empowering birth.
