I have a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology.

Focused on shamanic birth and rites of passage. In my professional life I have more than a decade of experience as a mentor working with complex needs and trauma. I also have expertise in women’s empowerment coaching, incorporating eastern, western and shamanic approaches.

I am mother to a wonderful son who was born naturally

and ecstatically into water at home, after a 50 hour of labour. My mission is to assist women to experience an embodied and spiritual birth, so more babies are born into harmony and love and more mothers are birthed in empowerment.
